Cynthia A. del Pino Tapia

Cynthia A. del Pino Tapia was born in Mexico City, and graduated with a Law degree majoring in Constitutional theory and Administrative and Public Finances from the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana. She became a fully certified attorney in 2008.

Ms. Del Pino worked for Mexico City’s Judgeship Counsel under the watch of Magistrate Jorge V. Vazquez Castellanos, Magistrate of the Fourth Civil Court of appeals, where she acquired experience in litigation procedures and sanction procedures for the government employees of the Federal District Judicial Power.

Later on she carried out professional practices for the Mexican Federal Tax Authority (SAT) in the areas of Administrative Procedures and Nullity Trials where she acquired experience in Fiscal Defense and at the same time worked in a custom agency where she not only practiced fiscal defense but also Civil, Mercantile and Administrative law.

Ms. Del Pino joined Connell & Associates in 2007. She is currently working at the branch office of the firm located in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
