Fabiola Pérez Ortiz
was born and raised in Mexico City, and graduated from the Instituto
Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. (ITESM-CEM)
with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration in 1998. She
is in charge of the administration of the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo,
Mexico City and Puerto Vallarta offices. She is bilingual in
Spanish and English.
Ms. Peréz has extensive
experience with settlement account management, project budgeting,
bank transactions, trustee and government authority negotiation,
trust administration, accounting and bookkeeping, closing payments
coordination, claims and other activities in administrative
areas.
Her specialization includes
real estate sales & property management consultation, labor
and payment administration for all aspects of the firm and its
three offices.
Prior to joining the firm,
Ms. Pérez worked for 2 years in Alcatel Telecom. She
worked with the Sub Director of Sales, collaborating on marketing
studies for new products. She also worked with the Sub Director
of Human Resources doing studies on employee growth issues.
With over 7 years of diverse
experience in different administration areas and, as an Associate
in the firm, Ms. Pérez brings the firm and its clients
an important blend of knowledge, perspective, insight and organizational
skills.
