Blanca Erika Abarca Hernández was born and raised in Zihuatanejo, Gro., 1982.

Ms. Abarca studied Accounting at the Instituto Tecnológico de la Costa Grande in Zihuatanejo Gro, where she graduated and earned her Public Accountant Degree in 2004.
